My coffee maker broke after a little more than a year after purchase. I was highly dissappointed when the electronic panel went black one morning. Getting it replaced under warranty was a less than pleasant experience. Needless to say I will not be purchasing another Keuring.
Bought this as a surprise for our daughter and within 4 weeks the water reservoir wouldn't register and allow it brew. Customer service was absolutely fantastic and replaced it,such awesome service.
My k supreme coffee maker failed but under the warranty I had a new one delivered to my home just 2 days later. I thought it would be a week but was thoroughly surprised by just how fast I got it. The process was very easy. Take a couple pictures that were emailed or texted and that was it. They did the old one back either. Thank you.
