The K Suoreme Plus that I purchased approximately 10 months ago was leaking water around the brew head despite regular cleaning, however, I no longer had the receipt. I called and spoke with an agent who cheerfully agreed to replace it! I replied to the email, sent photos and called again with an additional question. The agent retrieved my email and approved replacement! A few days later my new K Supreme Plus arrived! Thank you for one of the best customer service experiences I've had in years!
We’ve been Keurig customers for more than 15 years. We experienced a bad patch with this latest model, but Keurig has stood behind the product 100% and made it right.
I've had my kurig for over a year but used for about 6 months, the kurig quit. They sent me a brand new one and registered my new one under warranty as well. Very happy with the woman who helped me.

This is my second one first one only lasted a little over a year. I think the descaling process is a bit to much and should only be needed when there scale. I believe that’s what caused it to have short life . I Like the strength and temp feature.
