Our last Keurig stopped working, so it was time for a new one. I LOVE the way this one looks compared to the last one, and I also like the brewing process a lot. Only thing is, not sure what the "STRONGER" and "HEAT" buttons do...i can't tell much difference. This is the reason i rated Good instead of Excellent. That being said, we are super happy with this brewer!

, I bought my Keurig in November and began having issues with it in March the following year. I reached out to Keurig to let them know the issues that I was having and they attempted to assist me to see if it was an easy repair which it wasn't. They gladly provided the information that I needed to give to them and set up a return ship me out a brand new Keurig and I packed up my old one and shipped it back to them. I highly recommend Keurig I've been using it for many many years I have one in my house I have one at work and I have another one in my lady cave. So I own a total of three Keurig! I love them all different styles different models so happy with their versatility which meets our needs and moods.

Be careful of the unintended water flow.

There have been several times from the first few weeks to the present that my unit will begin flowing water without being prompted. I found that I had to manually turn off the unit to prevent this from occurring. This problem has been intermittent. When we allowed this unit to be connected to Keurig it would spew the entire reservoir onto the countertop. After disconnecting it, it has been intermittent. Other than this annoying problem this unit works quite well. I would give this unit 4-stars but the water problem is considered a serious defect.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Our office K-Supreme Plus Single Serve Coffee Maker stop working after a descaling. I reached out to Keurig help me troubleshoot the machine and we were unsuccessful. I was unaware that there was Warranty Replacement on our machine. I was offered a replacement Maker and after explicitly following their instructions and submitting photos, our office received a new Maker. Wow Keurig!! What a customer perk!! Thank you Keurig!
