My k supreme coffee maker failed but under the warranty I had a new one delivered to my home just 2 days later. I thought it would be a week but was thoroughly surprised by just how fast I got it. The process was very easy. Take a couple pictures that were emailed or texted and that was it. They did the old one back either. Thank you.
I am happy Keurig replaced my failed unit a couple of months out of warrenty. I love this model over the previous model as it's smaller, quieter, and the extra water jets do seem to make a differenve in the coffee taste. I hope this replacement lasts a long time.
This is the third K-Supreme Single Serve Coffee Maker in the last year. It makes a great cup of coffee when it works. Thank you Keurig for replacing it. I hope the third time is a charm!!!
I received my replacement Keurig after a couple tries. It wasn't real easy but I am happy to say it was resolved and I got my new Keurig, which I love.
