My unit stopped working. I called the service number and they determined it wasn't customer repairable. It was out of warranty yet they replaced it anyway at no cost to me. I'm now a customer for life. will never own a different brand coffee maker. Great Company
During the descaling process, our Keurig coffee maker went out. After a short and pleasant phone call to customer service, a replacement was shipped without any hassle. Wonderful experience!

We were so happy with our K-Supreme Plus Single Serve Coffee machine for nine months until it malfunctioned and wouldn't turn on. We called Keurig on a Saturday and immediately were advised it was registered and under warranty. We had to provide some information and a picture of the Serial Number and machine and our replacement order was processed. The new machine was shipped out on Monday and it arrived on Friday! We sure did miss it for those few days BUT were so thankful for the ease of getting a replacement for a machine under warranty at no cost to us. It is this type of service that makes us long time customers.
