Thank You to Keurig Customer Service! Our Keurig Supreme Plus was about one year old and suddenly quit working. Working with customer service fairly quickly determined repair was not an option and the rep gave us the detailed steps to replace it. The process was easy, very well communicated and handled efficiently.
Love this coffee maker because it is compact & does not take up a lot of room on my kitchen counter. It makes coffee in different sizes & it’s delicious! I have the stainless model.
Had a problem after descaling called and problem was solved and new unit received promptly.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Mine stopped working

I got mine in November of last year. I really like it but it just stopped working. Today. I finally finished jumping through all the hoops that I had to just to get a warranty replacement. If this one breaks I'm done with it
Since I have been very satisfied using my Keurig for years, I updated to a new model, the K Supreme Single Server that has a built in water reservoir and it made making coffee even simpler than it already was. But for some reason my new machine stopped working after 11 months. I unplugged it, waited sometime, plugged back in and nothing. So I finally called Keurig for technical support and I don't know if I was lucky or not, in less than 2 minutes I was already speaking to a live representative. She asked me some questions, then transferred me to another department and in 3 days I had a brand new machine at my door. The only thing they asked me was to return the broken one to then using a pre paid label, which I promptly did. It cost me nothing. So here, I am writing this review and giving then a high five.
