To be honest, I love this coffee machine. BUT... the first one broke after about 8 months. Keurig customer service was great and sent us a new one in a few days. About 1 week later, the new one died. Once again, Keurig customer service was great and sent us another new one (we'll call this the new new one). It's only been in use for a couple days so we'll see how long this one lasts.
I have had several of the pod coffee brewers. This multi stream brewer is by far the best. Excellent, deep flavors from every pod I've put in this. I'd recommend it to anyone asking.
My Keurig K supreme stopped working and I called customer service and within three days I had a brand new replacement. I would definitely recommend carry goods all I have had for the past 15 years
Was given as a gift and has had to be replaced already. Just stopped working. Seems to be a very sensitive machine. Feel its cheaply made. Had much better experience with other Keurig coffee makers.
The original unit purchased 6 months ago had an issue so I contacted customer service. Took some pictures as asked and emailed the info back to customer service. The replacement unit arrived in four days. Awesome dealing with a company that stands behind their products like this.
