After receiving this as a warranty replacement, the K-Supreme Plus stopped brewing correctly. The same issue with the first coffee maker (which didn't even last a year), the spring on the hinge becomes loose and doesn't close all the way, so the contact with the cup isn't solid. Coffee comes out looking like tea.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I love my Keurig Supreme plus. I drink my coffee slowly throughout the morning and always have a fresh, hot cup when ready. I recently had a problem and the customer service team went above and beyond to make sure I was happy.

This was a replacement because the Heater didn't work on the first machine that I purchased. As I was filling the water reservoir over the sink it slipped out of my hand and cracked almost the entire length of the reservoir. For the price, it should be able to take such a small hit. Also, the coffee maker does not brew a rich cup of coffee like I thought it would. My El cheap-o coffee maker that I replaced this with actually brewed a better cup of coffee. Not worth the price point.
