I bought my keurig last year and its work really good but then it got broken and called the keurig about it. Costumer service was really good and they send me a new one at no cost.
We had to replace our first Supreme machine as it failed during a descaling procedure. The replacement came quickly but appears to make more noise than the first one. We liked the sound og our original unit.
This is actually a warranty replacement,. I really loved my Keurig till it had a problem but am very pleased with Keurig replacing it and allowing me to continue enjoying my coffee:)
Absolutely love this coffee maker. Of course, I've had many Keurig units and with each one, I can't imagine it could be any better than the previous one....but they always find a way to improve. The new single-serve units seem to have a much richer flavor due to the new design with the drip method. Love it!!
We bought the first of this model almost nine months ago. It failed during the descaling function. We called Keurig and in one phone call our new replacement unit was on its way. Unfortunately, that second unit experienced the same failure. Again Keurig sent a third identical unit which works perfectly right now. We love this model and I'll probably call their service department to see if there's anything I can do to prevent a third failure. Fingers crossed.
