Compact and very convenient. This Keurig is great for small offices. With conference calls happening daily, it's easy to get a quick cup without worrying about noise! The reservoir's size is also easy to clean and refill.

I really liked this brewer but now it says to descale and I already did it.. and I am doing it again and the descale light keeps flashing. I followed the directions on the bottle too.

As advertised, this machine makes a very pleasant cup of coffee. Love the new technology! My problem with this machine is that there are dozens of coffee grounds at the bottom of my coffee every time I make a cup. I don't know how to fix this problem, and Keurig support has been less than helpful.
