I’m on my 5th replacement unit. The last unit I received broke ten, yes TEN, days after receiving it. I paid 200 for this coffee brewer and NEVER expected it to be so bad. I ask you please refund my money asap.
I was having some over splash issues with my machine and I called customer service. They walked me through a few fixes but then determined that my machine was defective and needed replacing. They shipped me a new machine immediately - the new one works great with no issues.
I bought this 5 Months ago. The first one went out and was replaced. Very easy to exchange ... Thanks Keurig. I love the small footprint and the large capacity tank. I can't think of anything that I would change. My 1st Keurig lasted for 10 years. I hope this one will last a long time.
I am 84 and never drank coffee......UNTIL my friend's husband introduced me to the Keurig four years ago.. Now I enjoy a cup every day and my kids are blown away to see their mom drinking coffee.
My Keurig stopped working all of a sudden. I reached out and the customer service was simply amazing. They were very nice and helpful. They were able to replace my broken Keurig with a new one in just a matter of days.
First purchased and fail after 3 month of use. (No power). Second one failed after two moths (No power) Company did replace the second. Could not replace the first because of being in storage for 8 months so over a year owned.
I was very surprised when I called with a cleaning problem how I was treated. Rep went over cleaning method and my machine was not responding you sent me a new one in 2 days after I sent a picture of machine and other info for outstanding customer Thank you for fabulous customer service!!!
