We got the coffee maker in June last year. March we couldn’t get the coffee maker to come on at all. I emailed the company and with 8 days we had a new one. Love the company and the staff service is amazing
I received this newest model from my son as a Christmas gift. The added features are great. Unfortunately experienced a descale issue which required a replacement. A quick decision was made by customer svc.
This was a replacement to a K-Supreme that after descaling the light would not go our. This pot has all the features needed including 5 different cup sizes and brew over ice. This is a replacement of my Keurig that the descale light would no go off. after a call with a Keurig rep and a full run of clear cleansing water with his directions the light still was lite. Keurig's response to a warranty could no be any better. You have your replacement within a week. If you are thinking of buying a Keurig but not sure, make the investment even just for the warranty alone.
Keurig really stands behind their product. My Keurig was only a few months old and I had problems with it. I got intouch with their waranty department and at no cost to me they shipped me a new Keurig within a week and they paid shipping on my malfunctioning Keurig to ship it back to them.
I bought the 3 weeks ago and I like the looks and the size of the water reserve, But...the thing will only give you 8oz never 12oz which is one of the reasons I bought it..... The drip is extremely slow, my out one that is 10 year still give a fast pour which is 8 oz. My granddaughter has an older one and when she saw the slow drip...she laughed, what up she said with that......
I had gotten the K Supreme plus just after Christmas. After only 2 and a half months of use it notified us that it needed to be descaled. Went through the process and couldn't get it to reset. After watching the video to make sure we weren't missing anything we called customer service. They answered promptly, asked a few questions about our unit and what we were experiencing, After verifying that we followed the video without resolution they sent an email in which we had to show proof of purchase. Another unit arrived promptly thereafter. Easily understandable customer service agents and they promptly answered any and all questions. Great job, says a lot about the company and their products....have been a keurig user for more than 10 years with 3 different units.
