I love Keurig machines but definitely not this model . I have had this model replaced 3 times, it dies only a few months after purchase. Very disappointed
This has been a great coffee maker up until it is time to descale. My last two coffee makers that I attempted to descale using the Keurig solution and following directions to the T started smoking from the top. ALOT of smoke and then shut down. Both were extremely hot to the touch and would not restart. Fortunately, customer service is very good and replaced both units. My advice is if you are going to go with this particular model do not do the descale process. My coffee maker worked fine up until that point, I just got tired of looking at the descale now message. I also use filtered water.
Love my K Supreme Keurig! Just wish i didn't have to use the replacement service so often! The Keurig works wonderful until i get the message to descale! Although i follow the instructions carefully, the thermostat goes out every time, requiring a new replacement! I wonder if there is an inherent flaw in the design? Sure love the coffee it makes!
Keurig replaced my brewer and the replacement would not work properly. They sent a second replacement which seems to work fine. I have always received excellent service from Keurig. The only problem I am having now is that when trying to register my new replacement brewer it keeps saying the serial number is not correct. I have checked and rechecked and that is the serial number.
I had a Keurig Supreme for less than 3 months and the choice buttons for strength, temperature and size were not working correctly at all. I contacted Keurig and provided the info they requested. I received a new Keurig Supreme within 2 weeks. Excellent replacement service. They stand behind their warranty.
