I bought the 3 weeks ago and I like the looks and the size of the water reserve, But...the thing will only give you 8oz never 12oz which is one of the reasons I bought it..... The drip is extremely slow, my out one that is 10 year still give a fast pour which is 8 oz. My granddaughter has an older one and when she saw the slow drip...she laughed, what up she said with that......
I had gotten the K Supreme plus just after Christmas. After only 2 and a half months of use it notified us that it needed to be descaled. Went through the process and couldn't get it to reset. After watching the video to make sure we weren't missing anything we called customer service. They answered promptly, asked a few questions about our unit and what we were experiencing, After verifying that we followed the video without resolution they sent an email in which we had to show proof of purchase. Another unit arrived promptly thereafter. Easily understandable customer service agents and they promptly answered any and all questions. Great job, says a lot about the company and their products....have been a keurig user for more than 10 years with 3 different units.
Thank you for replacing my husband's Keurig. I hope this one lasts longer then the first one of 16 months. He has only used it 3 times so far.

Awful Descaling Process

This is the second K-Supreme Plus I've gotten because the first one did not want to turn on after following the instructions. Well the warranty replacement K-Supreme I received called for another descaling treatment, so I purchased the kit and followed the instructions again and it doesn't want to turn on AGAIN... It's a shame since I've been using Keurig for 10 years and now I give up. Very disappointed since these are not cheap. Moving on to a different brand.
We had a problem with our keurig, and called to let them know. It was replaced in a very short time. We love it. I drink decaf and my husband drinks regular, so we are both very happy.
We have owned several Keurig coffeemakers and find the K-Supreme Plus to be one of the best. It has great features and really makes an outstanding cup of coffee that is easily customized to individual preferences.
I bough it almost a year ago. I like the bigger tank for water, the features of size, temperature and strength. It stopped working after about 10 months, I contacted Keurig and a replacement was sent right away, I was surprised at how easy it was.
