We called the customer service number and they sent a new coffee maker. It worked great for a week and then the add water light came on again and will not shut off. Same issue as before. This is the fourth kuerig in a year that has the same issue. Beyond frustrating!
I loved my K-Supreme Plus but had an issue with it. Just wanted to say that I received a replacement without too much trouble. Very satisfied with the Customer Service at Keurig.
We absolutely love our Keurig. We have been using them for many years and would never go back to a regular coffee maker. This product is so quick and user friendly. The convenience is amazing and the coffee is always hot. Love the Keurig.
