Thank you fir shipping so quickly. I was happy with customer service. I was disappointed coffee maker only lasted a year. I purchased the descales and followed maintenance schedule. Hoping this machine lasts longer.
It was a challenge trying to get a defective keurig that was definitely in warranty to be exchanged for a new one. We just did not clearly understand what keurig was needing for the exchange but we finally got things figured out and the new coffeemaker arrived yesterday. Thanks to all
I not only love my Keurig, but am very impressed and grateful of the efficient way the Keurig Company replaced my previous Keurig that stopped working while still under warranty!
This is the second replacement in a year…glad for the warranty, but someone needs to check out how they are made. My original Keurig lasted for years, this version not so much!
It makes great coffee but I would love this machine more if it would just last longer than 24 months. It abruptly stopped working after two years so I called support and they ended up sending me a new one. I don’t think the new one they sent me was new but possibly refurbished. It was louder than my original and it smelled like burning plastic when brewing coffee. The smell went away but it continued to make noises as if it was going to die. I thought maybe it was redesigned and so maybe that’s how it was supposed to sound but here we are not even a month later and the replacement has now stopped working. It won’t even power on when plugged in. This is not the first Keurig I’ve owned that stopped working after a short time. I don’t have time to deal with their customer service so I’m done with Keurig. It’s too overpriced for the limited amount of time you own it. I do not recommend.
After a year the machine broke down while doing a self-cleaning. But the Keurig staff member was very helpful in replacing the unit free of charge. We are enjoying our cups of coffee so far.
