We are on our 4th unit - the K-Supreme Plus™ Single Serve Coffee Maker - since January. We returned 2 units to the store and contacted Keurig customer service regarding the 3rd unit. This 4th one is no different than the last - it takes forever to brew a cup of coffee due to the trickling of water... it is ridiculously slow and very fine. This is not normal, but I'm beginning to think it's the way the unit was constructed. A huge disappointment.
My wife and I purchased this coffee maker about a week ago and it has worked flawlessly. This is the fourth Keurig we have owned and it is the best of the four. This coffee maker holds much more water which cuts down on refilling the reservoir. Coffee tastes better due to the multi water injection on top of the K-cups. The Keurig makers are definitely getting better.
I got this about two weeks ago and it is great Everyone can make their coffee to the strength and warmth they wish. Just wish it made a cup in less time.
Compared to my seven year old Keurig Elite (which was starting to sound like an airplane taking off), this Keurig Supreme Plus takes a little longer to brew, but is not detrimental for it, as far as I'm concerned. The brewed coffee from the Supreme Plus is, I would say, stronger and more "full bodied", but is ok with me. Myself being 74 years of age, change can come a little "hard", and this is a change for me. However, I will grow accustomed to it with time and believe I will be happier with the Supreme Plus vs the seven year old elite. I like the choices in brewing size, temperature and strength, plus the three "favorite" setting for convenience.
