I descaled my Keurig and it died. Called the support line and they saw that it was purchased within the last year and immediately sent me a replacement. It was really nice to see such quick hassle free service.
The customer service department is very accommodating. On the other hand, I bought a supreme plus coffee maker about 2 years ago and I’m just getting ready to call and have it replaced for a 4th time. This last one lasted for exactly 2 weeks before it shut down. The lights won’t even come on anymore. Being an eternal optimist, I’m hoping the next one will last a while. When the current one was working I used to have to press the 10 oz button for a full cup of coffee; 8 oz button would only give me a Half cup.
We experienced a problem with our brewer and I reached out to customer support and they walked me through a few test and determined the couldn’t help me fix it remotely. They acknowledged it was just out of warranty and extended me a onetime replacement free of charge! I was so happy. And to my surprise, I received the replacement in 2 days! I’ve been a long time Keurig customer and will continue to be! Thank you.
Great product. Like the features, and getting my morning cup in a hurry. I'm not one to hit the deck a runnin. I would like to see a way to reset, if it overheats from a one-time mistake.
I purchased my pot from a shopping channel. Since my original purchase you have had to replace my pot four times because it was defective. I am very disappointed.
I bought this in December and in February it just stopped working. But the amazing support at keurig replaced it. I was so excited to have my coffee maker back! I drive school bus and coffee is super important. It wakes me up in the early morning and gives me my extra pep in the afternoon.
