Customer service from Keurig is extremely professional and personable. Received my warranty replacement quickly. The product is excellent and always gives a perfect cup of coffee.
We called the customer service number and they sent a new coffee maker. It worked great for a week and then the add water light came on again and will not shut off. Same issue as before. This is the fourth kuerig in a year that has the same issue. Beyond frustrating!
I loved my K-Supreme Plus but had an issue with it. Just wanted to say that I received a replacement without too much trouble. Very satisfied with the Customer Service at Keurig.
