It makes great coffee but I would love this machine more if it would just last longer than 24 months. It abruptly stopped working after two years so I called support and they ended up sending me a new one. I don’t think the new one they sent me was new but possibly refurbished. It was louder than my original and it smelled like burning plastic when brewing coffee. The smell went away but it continued to make noises as if it was going to die. I thought maybe it was redesigned and so maybe that’s how it was supposed to sound but here we are not even a month later and the replacement has now stopped working. It won’t even power on when plugged in. This is not the first Keurig I’ve owned that stopped working after a short time. I don’t have time to deal with their customer service so I’m done with Keurig. It’s too overpriced for the limited amount of time you own it. I do not recommend.
After a year the machine broke down while doing a self-cleaning. But the Keurig staff member was very helpful in replacing the unit free of charge. We are enjoying our cups of coffee so far.
I have received this supreme about one month ago and was skeptical about the smaller size. Surprise to find it absolutely wonderful with great features and quick brewing
This was sent about a month ago to replace a fairly new Keurig that was defective. This one has already stopped working. It’s the same issue. It seems to begin to brew and then shuts itself off.
I really like this coffee maker. The large capacity water holder is wonderful. There are so many setting also. The maker is quiet. I am grateful keurig honored my warranty. Thank you very much! Also, the support team is very helpful!
