first K-Supreme failed after a few months. would not power on. Keurig replaced with a new unit. Happy with warrantee but disappointed that the unit failed so quickly. Have had previous models have lasted for many years

I use my Keurig every single day. I like that this one has the detachable water pitcher. I prefer the strong setting. It does splash the coffee a bit during brewing so it needs a wipe after, but it’s not a big deal.

I am very happy with the replacement for the Keurig Supreme and the use of the K-cup. We drink lots of coffee so the reusable K-cup is a bargain for us but we still purchase the pods for different flavors and strengths of coffee. Love that the K-Supreme gives us that option.
I am soo happy to have my Keurig back. Makes a great cup of coffee. I’m one of those grouchy people that can’t work without a cup in me. I even bought a smaller one with the stream for my co associates at work.
This is my 2nd K-Supreme Plus. I was sent a warranty replacement after having it only a year. I gave 4 stars due to it stopped working in about exactly a year. But I love my Keurig.
I was an early adopter of the Keurig brewers, more than ten years ago. I wear them out with use. This is my third and I am convinced this is the best. Fewer bells and whistles, it just makes a high quality cuppa from your favorite bean. Keurig also provides the best customer support, fast telephone pick up, streamlined diagnostic dialogue leading to quick resolution of your issue. I’ve had a few issues over the years and each time, I felt completely satisfied with their action. Will I be a return, return, return, return customer? Absolutely yes, I am buying quality and customer care.
When I received my new Keurig K Supreme Plus it did not function. it was stuck on the 6oz only mode. I called customer service, and they resolved the issue quickly and with professional and clear instructions. A replacement was recieved within a few days and is working fine. I am very pleased with Keurig
