I was an early adopter of the Keurig brewers, more than ten years ago. I wear them out with use. This is my third and I am convinced this is the best. Fewer bells and whistles, it just makes a high quality cuppa from your favorite bean.
Keurig also provides the best customer support, fast telephone pick up, streamlined diagnostic dialogue leading to quick resolution of your issue. I’ve had a few issues over the years and each time, I felt completely satisfied with their action.
Will I be a return, return, return, return customer?
Absolutely yes, I am buying quality and customer care.

When I received my new Keurig K Supreme Plus it did not function. it was stuck on the 6oz only mode. I called customer service, and they resolved the issue quickly and with professional and clear instructions. A replacement was recieved within a few days and is working fine. I am very pleased with Keurig

The customer service department is very accommodating. On the other hand, I bought a supreme plus coffee maker about 2 years ago and I’m just getting ready to call and have it replaced for a 4th time. This last one lasted for exactly 2 weeks before it shut down. The lights won’t even come on anymore. Being an eternal optimist, I’m hoping the next one will last a while. When the current one was working I used to have to press the 10 oz button for a full cup of coffee; 8 oz button would only give me a
Half cup.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We experienced a problem with our brewer and I reached out to customer support and they walked me through a few test and determined the couldn’t help me fix it remotely. They acknowledged it was just out of warranty and extended me a onetime replacement free of charge! I was so happy. And to my surprise, I received the replacement in 2 days! I’ve been a long time Keurig customer and will continue to be! Thank you.
