Flavor is great. Temperature is lacking even at hottest setting, coffee barely warm.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I had a 2.0 mid range coffee maker for 10 years then gave out finally but this is a lot better as it soaks your coffee more and does the same when you use your own coffee too. I like flavored coffee the best but enjoy non flavored too but I like how quiet the new K-Supreme Plus is and all the servicing sizes too. Its one of the best I have ever had thanks again
We've had our Supreme Plus for a few weeks and love it! My hubby gets his stronger, hotter Dark Magic by pushing two buttons, and I can get whatever I'm craving at the moment for not much more effort! I love that it's so much easier to fill than older versions!
Love this one! I’ve had other Keurigs- this is by far the best one I’ve had. I love that the reserve is so big and the handle makes it easy to fill. The settings are great- can select the strength and the temp. You can even save favorites for different people. Highly recommend this one
Since my sons left home I have struggled to make good coffee with the appropriate amount. My drip coffee maker made way more than I could use in a day and leftover coffee is not that good. My pour over filter was good but takes forever to make. My Keurig easily makes the appropriate amount of good coffee and makes the cleanup easy.
I replaced my 10 year old Keurig with this model, and I am very pleased. I like my coffee HOT and strong, and the controls on this machine allows me to do get that.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Recently moved into a new home and had a coffee station built by my husband. Thought a new coffee maker would look great and we’ve always had keurigs. Got the new k supreme plus, yay!! Yeah, no. 2 months and I can’t get the descale function to stop flashing. I want my old keurig back. New doesn’t necessarily mean better. I should know that! Haha!
