Recently had an old Keurig brewer break on me so was excited to get a new and better upgrade. So far, it’s made delicious cups of coffee while looking super cute in my kitchen.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Not sure if is the machine or the pod. Using Dunkin’ brand and when set at strong and hot, 12 ounces, it only makes maybe 8 and the pod kind of explodes getting grounds everywhere. This happened after the second cup and has happened each time after. I am getting a replacement, so hoping it was just a flaw in the unit. But my 2.0 did the same thing which is why we had to replace it. Now I am thinking it is the pod????

I am disappointed with my new Supreme Plus. Although the new features are nice, I am continually getting coffee grounds in my coffee. I wish I had kept my old K-cup brewer.

I love the multi-stream technology, HOWEVER, the coffeemaker does NOT last long. I just had my third K-Supreme Plus quit working shortly after descaling. I followed all of the Keurig recommendations for care and use of the coffeemaker. Keurig has a great warranty and has replaced these. The first replacement lasted one month and the second replacement lasted 3 months. I am not replacing with the same model again. Other Keurig models I have had in the past lasted years, but this particular model lasts on a few months before I starting having problems.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
