For some reason, this new Keurig has leaves a horrible plastic taste in every cup. We brew and matter, if it’s coffee or tea, or just even hot water, and I run vinegar through twice and descaled it and it’s still terrible. We are very disappointed and surprised to say the least.
This is my 3rd Keurig and is a warranty replacement. I can't believe how great this warranty service is! Top of the line service and greatly appreciated. just overwhelmed. I asked how to fix a problem and got a new coffee maker!
The descale light would not go out on my K-supreme plus in spite of repeated descaling (following directions). I called Keurig customer support and not only did they replace my Keurig but sent two 22 k-cup boxes of my favorite coffee. So pleased!
This replaces an 11 year old Keurig I had. It works fine and makes good coffee. I haven’t tried the iced drink feature but am looking forward to that in the summer. I like large water reservoir.
Very happy with Keurig warranty! Our K-Supreme Plus single serve at work quit working and within a week we had a new one with no issues. Thank you Keurig for keeping our office a happy (caffeinated) work enviornent!
We love this model and were so sad when it stopped working last month. A very helpful customer service person walked us through some troubleshooting but then determined that it needed to be replaced. Since it was under warranty, a new one was sent very quickly. (Luckily we have two "backup" Keurigs! )
