Our first one did not quite work right. It happens sometimes. I called Keurig and we went thru the troubleshooting process & they decided to just replace it. The process was amazingly swift and simple. This one brews wonderful and we love the options! A richer flavor and we are very pleased with this machine as well as the customer service and support.
My ex boyfriend bought this coffee maker for me and when it stopped working I was so saddened by it. Thankfully Kuerig stands behind their product and replaced it.
Despite the fact that the machine needed replacement, and there was a language barrier when I called. We worked through it an I was making coffee in my new machine within a week. They did back up their product!
This Keurig makes great coffee! Love all the features of this keurig to make your coffee just the way you like it. Got this keurig for a gift. Shortly after we got it it totally stopped working. I called keurig and they worked with me to replace my keurig with a new one. Great customer service!
Replaced my defective Keurig coffee machine without any problem. They made my request for warranty replacement very easy and pleasant. I could not be any more pleased with the whole process.
My replacement stopped working one week after I received it. It had a burning plastic smell and it quit! I asked for a different one this time out. I sent the replacement back on Wednesday.
