This is a reasonably priced machine that is easy to use. I love being able to program my coffee setting. The problem is that this is the second replacement after the manufactures recommended descaling. Both times have fallen within the one year warranty and Keurig has replaced, I just have to jump a few hoops. We'll see how this one goes.
I had my K-Supreme Plus for less than a year when it stopped making coffee. Customer Service walked me through the process, and it started working again... until it didn't. Fortunately, after calling Customer Service again, they decided to replace my unit free. I'm hopeful that my original unit had a glitch and that the replacement will last much longer.
The Keurig has been great, love how fast and easy it is, and it makes delicious coffee as well as iced coffee! Unfortunately, when I went to descale my machine for the second time, the Keurig broke. However, customer service was AMAZING and replaced my machine. I will definitely be purchasing from Keurig again!
Providing a warranty replacement after explaining the problem was well handled by the rep. However I had to make two calls. With the first call I got a rep that I could not understand, barely spoke English. I had to hang up and call back. The first K supreme was my second Keurig. The first lasted about 9 years, the 2nd less than one year. The issues was that after de-scaling the de-scaling light would not go off. I read on line that this is an issue with this model. Has this been corrected with the replacement? I can't recommend this model until I know this has been corrected.
I used this item for 9 months when suddenly during the prescribed descaling process the coffee maker froze and completely stopped working. Customer service sent me anew coffee maker within 3 weeks
