I had the K-Supreme Plus for a few weeks when & after descaling (3 coffee drinkers in the house), it wouldn't come back on. I called Customer Service & after a few minutes, I was being sent a new one. It was a pleasant experience as far as having to do that sort of thing, & the Rep was very helpful. New machine arrived, & works fine. Very happy with it.
I am a heavy brewer. I drink approximately 150oz of coffee a day. I know this because I have a 50oz mug I refill and I drink 3 of them a day. I go through Keurig machines about 1 a year. I have been with Keurig since 2015 and have had 2 machines fail before the warrantee period and Keurig has replaced both machines. Good company and great machines. Happy customer who will continue to buy their products and coffees.
I love my K-Supreme Plus. However, after a month it would only make a couple of ounces of coffee. I called customer service and they were first rate. They sent me a new coffee maker right away and we are very happy with it.
My wife and I had to have our original machine replaced due to a functional failure. We really enjoyed the ease of using the machine for, literally, our daily morning cup of delicious coffee. Our replacement has been performing equally as well. We were very impressed with the way Keurig personnel handled providing us so quickly with our new product. Thank you Keurig so much! (One issue is the “strong plastic odor” that is not dissipating at all, even after dozens of times it was used. Whatever do we need to do to eliminate this awful smell? Please help. Thank you.
For some reason, my K-Supreme Plus would no longer turn on. I called Kuerig’s customer service department and received a couple of immediate surprises. The first is that instead of having to go through multiple prompts and time to get to the right person to discuss my problem, I was immediately directed to a compassionate customer service person immediately. The second surprise was that despite my coffee maker being out of warranty, they replaced my defective unit free of charge, and a new one showed up on my porch in less than a week. There are still compassionate companies out there that treat their customers with the respect and service they deserve, and Keurig is definitely one of them.
