Just like the title says the customer service agent I dealt with went above and beyond to solve my issue. I won't go into details other than to say that my coffee maker had an issue and I was simply looking to order a replacement part and I was about 2 - 3 weeks past my 1 year warranty . The part was something that was not able to order so the agent sent me a brand new unit. Who could possibly ask for more
My K-Supreme failed during a descale procedure. Even though my unit was out of the warantee period Keurig exchanged my unit for a new one. They tried to send me an email to confirm proof of purchase but the email never came through so I had to send the old unit back. That was the only inconvenience. The new unit arrived in about a week.
We used our Keurig K-Supreme Plus, 3-4 times a day for a long time. It stopped dripping and I called Keurig help-line to see if they could help. I totally forgot about the warranty. After several “unclog it” suggestions failed to help, the wonderful technician told me it was under warranty and sent us another one, completely free. Wow! Surprised and happy.
I've only used Keurig for many years now. I loved everything about my Keurig supreme plus! It died before it's time though. I contacted customer service & had a brand new one at my door in less than a week! This machine is amazing! I set up personal settings for my husband & I. I wake up & touch 2 buttons. When I return from the bathroom, I have a hot perfectly brewed cup of coffee waiting for me! Keurig customer for life!
The Supreme Plus is the best coffee maker I have ever owned. It is simple to use and it lets me choose from varying temps and strengths. The best thing for me is the ability to preset up to three people's favorite options! Only one button and my perfect cup is ready!
Under warranty Keurig replaced my coffee maker which stopped working after it was cleaned. This replacement machine does not provide the same quality cup of coffee the original product did. I followed all the cleaning and setup directions and am disappointed that either this is a refurbished maker or the quality of production has diminished. Sorry to report this since the original machine made such a nice cup of coffee.
