The customer service representative was outstanding in helping me with a replacement for my “LOVED” Keurig coffee maker. The representative was very knowledgeable and courteous. I could not be happier.
I enjoyed only 4month and end up replaced by 2 different times voice out for help due to wrong information given by staff but listend my side story step by step explained. I am happy that I got replaced. I hope that I could enjoyed long this time without replacement.
I have been using this coffee maker for about ten months when the top buttons stopped working. I called the manufacturer and had to take pictures, find receipt, get serial number and talk to customer service to verify the unit was defective. They did send me a new coffee maker replacement quickly.
Customer service was great. They explained the procedure to me for getting a replacement. I followed the instructions and within days I was brewing coffee with my new KSupreme . Thank you for great service.
