First, I like the huge reservoir to hold water. Second, there are varieties for strength of flavor and size of the cup. Third, we can all make the flavor of coffee we desire. Great options. Great product. Great customer service. Our original purchase quit working and Keurig customer service worked with us to quickly get us a replacement. Very seldom can one say that customer service is excellent anymore but it certainly was with Keurig.

I thought everything was going good with the replacement until the 3rd week using it when one morning I popped a k-cup in just like I always do when it whistled really loud and steam came out everywhere like an old steam engine! It brewed about a tablespoon of coffee and then just quit! Another week has gone by and it has happened repeatedly!
I guess they don’t make them like they used to! This is my second brewer since Sept. 2020! I’m thinking I need to switch to a different brand! I am retired, when I was working, I bought 2 keurig machines that lasted for many years. I need my coffee!

Junk. Add Water & Descale Constantly On.

Needs descaling a Lot. Add Water wont seem to go away.
Wont allow you to use clean purified or distilled water. Boo!

The unit is quick to brew. However, this is a household of one and the unit only lasted six months. The descale light never went out after unit was descaled twice.

We bought a K-Supreme Plus Single Serve Coffee Maker in October and it stopped working in February. We called Customer Service and they walked us through the process and we now have a new one which is working great. I appreciate a company that stands by their product.

This is my third machine in the last six months. I don’t know what the problem is it works great and coffee taste great when it actually works. Then it just never comes back on. I am beyond disappointed and irritated and yet again out of even more money
