We've had several different Keurigs over the year but this is our favorite. The ability to choose the strength, temperature, and sizes is very beneficial AND we can even set up to 3 'favorites' for repetitive use. It is also light and much less bulky then previous models we used.
I had a keurig in the past and loved it. Now that I have the new model and the fact that you can customize our coffee even more make the coffee even better.
Keurig was kind enough to replace my coffee maker that quit and shipped the replacement promptly. Very pleased with Keurig coffee makers and auto-delivery for my coffee pods! Great company for sure!
Love all the options available on my Keurig Supreme, i.e. taste, several cup sizes, adjustable strength, etc. Disappointing that I have no control when I can descale. My Keurig malfunctioned because the descale light would not go off even with help from a Keurig rep. Machine was less than a year old. Also read online about many many others who had the same problem . You need to fix this!

This is my second one and my experience with customer service I will say was phenomenal and a selling point in and of itself. Over all I will say this is a slick machine, brews pretty quietly, fast and hot. But even on the strongest setting, although stronger than any other Pod maker that I have tried it's no perk or drip coffee maker so I think some flavor is lost but at no fault of this machine. Just the pod experience all together. That and the fact that it does not have a 14oz or 16oz option for travel mugs would be my only only criticisms. Due to that being the only cup I use I cant speak on the splash issues others talk about but would rather have a larger cup option rather than a 4oz option. All in I am very pleased with the K-Supreme Plus and the company.
My Keurig stopped working all of a sudden and I was so bummed. I put it in the box to toss in the garbage. My daughter told me to call Keurig and see if they could help me with warranty coverage. I just moved and had none of my paperwork regarding the maker. I called and spoke to a representative who was super nice and helpful. She sent me a new Keurig and I had it within a few days. I was totally shocked! Goodby Mr Coffee - it’s Keurig forever for this very satisfied customer!!
We bought a brewer a little over a month ago that ended up having a problem. Keurig easily and promptly replaced it free of charge. We love our brewer.
