I used this item for 9 months when suddenly during the prescribed descaling process the coffee maker froze and completely stopped working. Customer service sent me anew coffee maker within 3 weeks
This was a replacement coffee maker at no charge to me. Your staff members were cordial, helpful and considerate. I have high praise for the way I was treated.
We purchased a lemon. Keurig customer service was top notched. We have had Keurigs since 2010 and never had a problem with them. We purchased a new on in Sept and it is the 5 jet machine, it never put out like the old one did and eventually died. I called them confirmed my purchased with Customer service and they sent me a new one. Turn around time was total 4 days.
