I bought mine about 4 months ago and then something went wrong with that one so I did a warranty claim. It went very well and I got my new one in January. It was very quick and easy to get taken care of. I love my K-Supreme Plus
Instantly starts with personalized settings, MO waiting for it to warm up, it's ready to go! Love the water reservoir, so easy to pick up to refill. Overall, great Kcup maker!!!
