My Keurig stopped working all of a sudden and I was so bummed. I put it in the box to toss in the garbage. My daughter told me to call Keurig and see if they could help me with warranty coverage. I just moved and had none of my paperwork regarding the maker. I called and spoke to a representative who was super nice and helpful. She sent me a new Keurig and I had it within a few days. I was totally shocked! Goodby Mr Coffee - it’s Keurig forever for this very satisfied customer!!
We bought a brewer a little over a month ago that ended up having a problem. Keurig easily and promptly replaced it free of charge. We love our brewer.
I would recommend this to a friend!

We have had this unit replaced for the second time. We have not even opened the box of the last replacement and looking for someone to give it to.
Just like the title says the customer service agent I dealt with went above and beyond to solve my issue. I won't go into details other than to say that my coffee maker had an issue and I was simply looking to order a replacement part and I was about 2 - 3 weeks past my 1 year warranty . The part was something that was not able to order so the agent sent me a brand new unit. Who could possibly ask for more
My K-Supreme failed during a descale procedure. Even though my unit was out of the warantee period Keurig exchanged my unit for a new one. They tried to send me an email to confirm proof of purchase but the email never came through so I had to send the old unit back. That was the only inconvenience. The new unit arrived in about a week.
We used our Keurig K-Supreme Plus, 3-4 times a day for a long time. It stopped dripping and I called Keurig help-line to see if they could help. I totally forgot about the warranty. After several “unclog it” suggestions failed to help, the wonderful technician told me it was under warranty and sent us another one, completely free. Wow! Surprised and happy.
I've only used Keurig for many years now. I loved everything about my Keurig supreme plus! It died before it's time though. I contacted customer service & had a brand new one at my door in less than a week! This machine is amazing! I set up personal settings for my husband & I. I wake up & touch 2 buttons. When I return from the bathroom, I have a hot perfectly brewed cup of coffee waiting for me! Keurig customer for life!
