I really like the convenience of my Keurig. It is very easy to use. I only wish they lasted longer. I only use filtered water but the machines only seem to last a year.
This is the 3rd brewer I've had in 1.5 years. Very poor quality. After descaling with the Keurig solution following the instructions on the paperwork from Keurig, the power goes off and becomes useless. I've had to replace it 3 times!!! I don't know if the heating element burns out or if the power buttons burn out. At least Keurig honors their warranty to replace it.
Was sick when my pretty new KCup Supreme would not turn on… but the customer service people made it quick work to send me a new one. Had it within 6 days and am grateful! Thank you.
I bought mine about 4 months ago and then something went wrong with that one so I did a warranty claim. It went very well and I got my new one in January. It was very quick and easy to get taken care of. I love my K-Supreme Plus
