I purchased a Keurig for use in my home. During the descaling process the machine overheated and was not repairable. I had submitted the warranty card but couldn’t find the receipt. Keurig replaced the machine despite my being unable to locate the receipt. I appreciate that very much. I do encourage Keurig to fix the descaling process. I have two other Keurig’s and they all have descaling issues.
This was replaced a few weeks ago do to an issue during the descaling process. I contact the company and within days I had a replacement. Great customer service.
Purchased this coffee maker about a year ago. Quit working so contacted Keurig and they sent me a replacement at no charge. 1 cup maker has allowed me to cut back on my coffee intake and on wasting a half a pot of brewed coffee
Excellent customer service and felt really appreciated as a loyal customer. Replacement went quick and easy and will continue to be a customer in the future. Keep up the good work!
K Supreme Plus is the worst Keurig I have ever purchased. None of the "features " work appropriately. Does not adjust strength or temperature, every cup tastes watery.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I love this product except that we seem to have to replace it every 15 months. Which is such a bummer. I just can’t bring myself to buy it again or even have it replaced as Keurig so generously has done. Typical problem is it just stops powering up. One day we go to use it and it just doesn't turn on. Happened similarly with this and small solo models too.
