I just bought this model after having 4 previous models that I have! The coffee grounds go everywhere in the machine and IN my coffee cup. It is slow to. Few and splatters ALL over my kitchen counter! Worst design ever! I am not sure where to return it.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

It should be easy. Water, coffee, push a button. Keurig makes it rocket science and all I get is a half sized cold cup of morning joe. Total fail here

I love this coffee maker! I actually had a problem with the first one I bought, but Keurig sent me a new one! Great customer service. The 12 oz. feature, the temperature and strengh-of-brew feature, and the very large water reservoir with handle make it, in my opinion, the best K-cup coffee maker out there. I recommended it to two people, and they both bought one and are very happy with it. Having the five prongs go into the K-cup, rather than just one, allows for a much stronger and robust cup of coffee!
