I purchased a keurig K Supreme and it is a very nice looking model. While descaling the machine it wouldn’t clear the descaling screen. I went over and over the instructions. The customer service employee helped troubleshoot and it would not clear. I was given a replacement and it works amazingly. I highly recommend this model it’s compact and a beautiful Machine. I always purchased keurig machine because of the outstanding customer service experience.
I purchased a Keurig approximately one year ago, exact timeframe I do not recall. I de-scaled the brewer and once done the machine would not turn back on. I called customer service and after a few trials to attempt to turn the brewer back on the customer service representative without hesitation stated he would replace the machine. I was very pleased that I did not have to purchase a new brewer and that Keurig stood by their product.
A common dysfunction in descale process shut down my coffee maker! Just when I thought the sky was falling enter Keurig! The warranty department didn't flinch. They immediately sent a new machine with descale issue solved and 4 days later great coffee once again. As long as their coffee technology and support continues to satisfy Ill be a loyal customer!
Our machine became defective after just a few weeks. Keurig customer service quickly replaced our machine with in a week! Hoping this one is the quality we expect from Keurig!!

Have had this unit for a year. It has been flashing “descale” for over 6 months, and it has been descaled several times. We use distilled water as directed with older units. It has started to act-up. Very disappointed- we have bought 8 Keurig coffee machines in the last few years. We will be looking at other brands this time.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

When my K-Supreme Plus stopped working I contacted Keurig. After supplying them with proper documentation, they shipped out a new brewer. Thank you Keurig!
