K Supreme Plus is the worst Keurig I have ever purchased. None of the "features " work appropriately. Does not adjust strength or temperature, every cup tastes watery.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I love this product except that we seem to have to replace it every 15 months. Which is such a bummer. I just can’t bring myself to buy it again or even have it replaced as Keurig so generously has done. Typical problem is it just stops powering up. One day we go to use it and it just doesn't turn on. Happened similarly with this and small solo models too.
I bought my first one but it stopped working after 3 weeks. I was sentry a replacement that also failed after a few weeks. I really like the ease of this Kerrigan but not the failure rate. I hope this one will las tlonger
I bought this and had a horrible incident that made it not work. The Keurig company supported me so much. And made things easy, even though it was just outside the warranty period. I will always buy a Keurig!!
This machine works VERY WELL and brews EXCELLENT coffee. After months of use it displays "DESCALE" to indicate required maintenance. Unfortunately, once it displays "DESCALE", no matter how much you try to clean and/or descale (using Keurig maintenance kits), the "DESCALE" message will not go away. The brewer continues to work and brew, but the "DESCALE" message remains.
