I had my K-Supreme Plus Single Serve Coffee Maker for almost a year when it malfunctioned. I called on a Saturday morning at 7:45 a.m. and spoke with customer service. She guided me through steps to address the issues to no avail. She checked the serial number that had an expired warranty but they replaced the coffee maker anyway because I had the receipt and provided what they needed. I emailed a copy of the receipt and photos on a Monday and had a new coffee pot before the end of the week.
I called because my Keurig stopped working. They sent me an email had me take a couple of pictures and I received my new one in 4 days!!!! Best experience EVER!
After receiving my new keurig a week ago, I set it up per instructions, and very disappointed, I have n oder in the water when it makes coffee n hot water for tea. Plus after making a cup of coffee the next cup has grinds in the bottom of the cup.
We enjoy our Keurig, however dealing with customer service leaves something to be desired. They should make it so you can change the payment option online.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Third replacement unit - First two were K-Duo-Plus and both stopped dispensing accurate measures of coffee within 6 to 10 months. So I gave up on having one coffee maker on my counter and asked for a single brew machine. This brewer is producing a metallic taste in the brewed beverage. The warranty repair/return process was a pain. Photos were not acceptable, must have HAND WRITTEN note, picture was blurry and file size was too large,,, and when I asked to escalate to a supervisor I was told they could not support my request. Anyway if I could do it all over again --- I would not!
Very happy with the assistance we received from keurig customer service when we had a warranty replacement on our keurig machine. We received a new machine in just a few days.
