We bought one a few months ago and loved it. One day it stopped working. The customer support was amazing. In a world where it feels impossible to talk to a person, Keurig responded to my email and I was able to talk to a real human. That alone makes me a customer for life. The product was under warranty and a replacement was sent within a week. Very impressed with Keurig's customer care.
I purchased a Keurig for use in my home. During the descaling process the machine overheated and was not repairable. I had submitted the warranty card but couldn’t find the receipt. Keurig replaced the machine despite my being unable to locate the receipt. I appreciate that very much. I do encourage Keurig to fix the descaling process. I have two other Keurig’s and they all have descaling issues.
This was replaced a few weeks ago do to an issue during the descaling process. I contact the company and within days I had a replacement. Great customer service.
Purchased this coffee maker about a year ago. Quit working so contacted Keurig and they sent me a replacement at no charge. 1 cup maker has allowed me to cut back on my coffee intake and on wasting a half a pot of brewed coffee
