Third replacement unit - First two were K-Duo-Plus and both stopped dispensing accurate measures of coffee within 6 to 10 months. So I gave up on having one coffee maker on my counter and asked for a single brew machine. This brewer is producing a metallic taste in the brewed beverage. The warranty repair/return process was a pain. Photos were not acceptable, must have HAND WRITTEN note, picture was blurry and file size was too large,,, and when I asked to escalate to a supervisor I was told they could not support my request. Anyway if I could do it all over again --- I would not!
Very happy with the assistance we received from keurig customer service when we had a warranty replacement on our keurig machine. We received a new machine in just a few days.
My Keurig stopped brewing. I did all the trouble shooting things and was unsuccessful in restoring the brewing function. I followed the email instructions for the replacement procedure and received and new coffee maker. I am happy.
The K-Supreme Plus Single Serving unit has given me excellent service for more than 2 years. It has proven reliable, easy to use, and offers flexible settings with the option for presets for favorite brews. Its design is compact and efficient and at a great value for price.
