This was an exchange due to the fact that my original one stopped working. I have had the replacement for approximately a week and this one has ceased to operate.
This will be my final Keurig. It’s the second replacement for the original one I purchased in 2021. This Keurig has a flaw. If you want to keep it functioning, don’t descale it according to the directions from Keurig.
I received my Keurig and put it together and ran a test to make sure it was working. It did fine. Found the warranty registration and realized that I would have to get the S/N number off the bottom and since I live alone I was forced to turn it on its side. After setting it back upright I had to try several times to make it work. It would start and then stop. Finally it made a full cup of water. After it makes 2 cups it will not work properly until I fill the tank back up with water. My first one was better and but it didn't even last a year so I guess i just have to wait and see.
I bought this in Dec 2022 because we had the older version and decided too upgrade. WOW what a difference in taste, amount of coffee and how hot u can make your coffee...No comparison....A great company to deal with if you have a problem. They have some great employees who are friendly and respective to customer. Thank You
I purchase a K-supreme 6 months ago, it failed on me and Keurig warranty sent me another one to replace it. Great company. I purchased a second smaller one for my camper because of their warranty. Thank you Kerig!
Keurig just keeps getting better and better. This one even makes an AWESOME cup of ice coffee. Great hot coffee in the morning and ice coffee treats throughout the day.
