I had the best experience with the Customer Service with Keurig. They fixed the issue I had with my Keurig, and sent a full replacement. I was very impressed with the prompt response of correcting the issue.
Love this when it works - However I am on my third one - replacement from Keurig company is great and easy to work with, just wish the unit would not keep stop working. Just received my second replacement and already get a slight smell of the motor burning so hopefully it doesn't quit altogether like the others.
I was very happy that Keurig replaced my coffee machine when we had a problem which couldn't be resolved. Their support staff was very helpful and made sure that all documentation was in order.

I ordered a replacement due to my K-Supreme Plus randomly not turning on at all. I received the replacement, but for some reason regardless of how many ounces we set to pour, it barely brews nearly that correct amount - leaving us with wasted K-Cups. I did not have this issue at all with my original Keurig.
This is my second coffee maker of this model and the kinks have not been worked out yet…it overheats and burns out the motor during the descaling process…I will be looking at a different brand of coffee maker now.
