We are quite happy with this K-Supreme. It has several nice features. Our warranty was handled quickly and professionally. Our new coffee maker was received in 3 days from filing our claim. We are very satisfied with Keurig’s customer service.
My Keurig stopped working. I went online, got the help I needed and voila! A new keurig! She walked me through the steps and I didn’t even have to send the broken one back. The only time it took was a few minutes and shipping time. Couldn’t be more pleased. I’m a lifelong Keurig fan!
I bought this K-supreme coffee maker and had a little trouble with it 6 months later. I called in to customer service. They were so friendly and easy to work with. They sent me a new machine and I love this company, their coffee machines and their incredible customer service!

Following cleaning instructions will break it.

I am on my third K-Supreme Plus. I have been following the cleaning instructions. If you follow this:STEP 2: Descale the Brewer To activate Descale Mode, begin with the brewer plugged in and powered off, then press and hold the 8oz and 12oz buttons together for 3 seconds. When flashing, press the brew button to start the descaling process. Once the brew is complete, pour the hot liquid into the sink. Repeat this step until the ADD WATER light illuminates You will run out of water, the "ADD WATER" will not illuminate, and pressing brew again will burn out the machine. Kuerig has honored the warrantee each time, but hasn't corrected the issue. I will add water when then tank is empty next time.
My Keurig K-Supreme Plus coffee maker Christmas gift would not turn on. I called Keurig and it was handled quickly with a new machine arriving a few days later. I love the design and its compact design. While I don;t know the life of the applicance, I hope it continues to serve us well. I will give it 5 stars for service!!
Great Maxine that allows for various customizations of your coffee. Using a good coffee I use medium strength but when using a lower cost pod the strong setting is perfect. Being able to change temperature is awesome.
I contacted Keurig about my K-Supreme Plus Single Serve that stopped working. I did everything they told me to do to resolve the oriblem to no avail. They replaced it with no problem. I am so very pleased with their service.
