This replacement unit is my second one to have the same problem. The descale light continues to flash after properly descaling the unit. After 2 unit replacements there seems to be an issue with this model. Is there an alternative model? Please advise.
I purchased my Keurig K- Supreme Plus appox. 11 months ago. Contacted Keurig, the representative had me preform several test and advise me to send several photos of my K- Supreme Plus and then they would do a warranty replacement. They made this process very easy to complete. I followed her instructions and received my replacement in about a week....Thank you Keurig! I own 3 Keurig single serve coffee makers.
I love this brewer. Mornings are so much happier with this machine.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Quiet and no preheating but makes a huge mess

Just upgraded from my larger Keurig. Love that is is quieter and does not require preheating but it makes a huge mess when brewing. I prefer to brew my own coffee using the Keurig reusable cup but it ends up all over the counter if the cup doesn’t malfunction and leak grounds everywhere.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Our original model was just a few days shy of having the 1 year warranty expiring. It decided to smoke instead of make coffee, Then it just stopped working. Fortunately, Keurig sent us this replacement free of charge. We shipped the old one back, I'm assuming for failure analysis purposes.
