I contacted Keurig about my K-Supreme Plus Single Serve that stopped working. I did everything they told me to do to resolve the oriblem to no avail. They replaced it with no problem. I am so very pleased with their service.
I love this product ... however a "cleansing" of sorts is required in order to get the Keurig to provide a good cup of coffee. There is a smell and a taste when making the first cup of coffee. I recommend you to follow instructions to clean, otherwise you really cannot drink without getting a sick feeling.
After many years we gave up our Mr. Coffee with reluctance and now brew with Keurig every morning. My wife and I are able to have two different coffees everyday with our having to make two complete pots. The newer models take less space on our counter and we are able to both indulge ourselves every morning.
This was a replacement for one I had 10 months that failed. They responded quickly to my call for help, I was not expecting a replacement but help in erasing the message on the machine I needed to flush out the machine. I was pleasantly surprised, they sent me a replacement. I thought that was so nice and customer service!!!!!
