My Keurig Supreme stopped working after descaling. I contacted customer service and after a couple of pictures, they replaced my machine right away. They were very helpful and so friendly. I received my new machine quickly.
We are in love with our K-Supreme Plus Single Serve Coffee Maker. It's so easy to use and our coffee is delicious. But the BEST part is Keurig's customer service. We received our replacement promptly and our experience was flawless. Customer service was super friendly and caring. We are so happy to have a quality product backed up by best-in-class service. It is a win-win situation.
Had Keurig coffee pot that lasted 11 months before going dead. Called Customer Service and they were extremely nice and promptly replaced. However, the replacement lasted under one week. I am going to try calling again but doubtful they will send a 2nd replacement. Very very disappointed as I have been a Keurig customer forever!
We purchased this coffee maker and when we went through the setup it took hours for it to brew an 8 ounce cup of hot water. It worked but very slowly when w pod was added. It stopped brewing a pod a few weeks ago, we contacted service they were not able to get it going for us and replaced it. The new one arrived, and setup worked immediately and brews much faster. We really appreciate the great service and support.
I"ve used this product for a month now and I couldn't have made a better choice. It performs beautifully with many options and is very simple to operate.
I was really surprised to have such an easy time replacing my coffee maker. It was at the very end of the one year date. I called, filled out the email with the information and a week and half later I had a new one! The only reason I’m giving a lower rate on the keurig, is that it was gently used and should of lasted well beyond a year.
