I received my Keurig K-Supreme Plus Single Serve Coffee Maker for Christmas and let me start by saying I cannot get enough of it. I absolutely love it. I love the design. It brings life and elegance to my kitchen. I love the black and stainless steel finish that it has, it compliments my kitchen appliances. This Keurig works flawlessly. I love the fast brewing. Makes perfect coffee every single time. It releases a very appealing scent. I absolutely love it and recommend it to everyone.

Multistream Technology isn't great for everyone

My 10+ old Keurig was on the frits and was researching new Keurigs and really fell in love with the features this K-Supreme model had to over with the cup sizes, program favorites, reservoir size and sleek new look. The major issue and reason I returned this is due to this model having the multistream technology (5 prong) which increases the strength of each cup of coffee regardless of the 3 strength selection you choose. This is a signification change from previous models and vastly alters the caffeine intake. I suffer from migraines and this crippled me for days! It would be useful if this model offered this as an option instead of a built in feature as this model had the best options out of the rest of the models available.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I bought this coffee maker from a local store, it did not work. Called Keurig customer service and they replaced it immediately. I received my new Keurig and I love it. Coffee is hot and more flavourful, as the process of the maker makes the coffee much better.
I have to admit that I was skeptical about the multistream technology maker being any different than my older Keurig I was replacing but from the very first cup I was hooked. It really is a night and day difference. I drink an average of 5 cups per day (please don't judge me) and my bedtime cup is as delish as my breakfast cup. And the temperature setting is a God send, sometimes I have plenty of time to savor a cup but other times I have to slam one in a hurry. I absolutely love this product and recommend it 100 percent
Bought this and had an issue with it but Keurig quickly came to the rescue and sent me a new one with no hassles. Great customer service and love the new sleek design and temperature/ strength settings which can be personalized!
I bought one about a few months ago, it developed problems. Called Keurig and they sent me a new Keurig K-Supreme. On 1/14/2021 the Pot did not operate at all. Called and checked everything including the outlet, nothing worked. I threw the unit out and bought a different coffee macker
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Marital harmony

We have been ardent supporters of Keurig single serve almost since their inception. This is our favorite part by far. What we love- The ability to choose our regular settings and save them as a favorite. Being able to alter the strength is great when someone likes the weaker coffee and someone else prefers bold or you are using different K cup brands.With temperature control the coffee stays hot while you linger over breakfast in the morning. That was always a complaint of ours with previous Keurig units. The two minor (for us) issues include - it’s noisy and even with mugs I can’t keep from getting some splatters onto the counter around the cup. Just be aware. Also on max strength and max temp. it takes longer to brew than we are used to. There is no reservoir in the pot so the water heats on demand thus the temp and strength alters the time. No biggie in our life- just start the coffee before the toast! None of these quirks would deter us from buying this model again. Can’t comment on longevity but that’s never been an issue with our Keurigs. Customer service is great- pleasant and educated about the products. Oh, also how nice to have a removable reservoir with a HANDLE!! So much easier to fill and clean and 48 oz? allows more than 3-4 cups at a time without a refill.
This newer, K-Supreme Plus coffee maker is even easier for me to use. The five prong method to pierce the pods makes for an even tastier cup of coffee. The only thing I found that I needed to do, however, is to gently press the Pods into the cup before closing the lid.
