Keurig is great to honor the warranty but I’ve had 3 coffee makers. This model does not last long. I love the slim style but they need to redo the makings. It malfunctions and we can’t use it at all after about 3 months of use.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great coffee but can be cantankerous sometimes

We are long time Keurig users. Purchased this Aug 2022. Coffee is great but using our stored favorites or just telling it we want stronger or hotter coffee can sometimes take a while. Sometimes just one press of the button works. Other times you try this and that and it won't cooperate. Usually when that happens we just unplug and replug the unit to reboot it and then it usually does what we want. Also, the descale notification came on only a few weeks after first using it which we thought was too soon as we use always use filtered water.
We had this coffee maker for 1 year and 1 week when it died. Since the warranty was only a week out, Keurig honored it and sent us a replacement one fast. Because of that, I will continue to buy Keurig products.
The customer service representative that helped me with my warranty replacement was very helpful and pleasant to talk too. I received my replacement coffee maker in 2 days
We purchased this machine several months ago and were very happy with it. Unfortunately there was a problem with it and it stopped working. The replacement process was a breeze and within a few days we received a new machine in the mail - a very good thing as we are an office that loves our coffee!
