We love our Keruig but have had a bad run of the same model. Makes great, speedy coffee. Everytime it's time to "descale" and we do the descale procedure, the Keruig stops working. Mystery.

I continue to kill my Keurig coffee maker, when I attempted to descale it. If I did this during my one-year warranty, so the company was very kind to send me a new one. The current edition of this coffee maker is less substantial, holds less water, and we have decided to look for an alternative product in the immediate future.
This replacement unit is my second one to have the same problem. The descale light continues to flash after properly descaling the unit. After 2 unit replacements there seems to be an issue with this model. Is there an alternative model? Please advise.
I purchased my Keurig K- Supreme Plus appox. 11 months ago. Contacted Keurig, the representative had me preform several test and advise me to send several photos of my K- Supreme Plus and then they would do a warranty replacement. They made this process very easy to complete. I followed her instructions and received my replacement in about a week....Thank you Keurig! I own 3 Keurig single serve coffee makers.
