I"ve used this product for a month now and I couldn't have made a better choice. It performs beautifully with many options and is very simple to operate.
I was really surprised to have such an easy time replacing my coffee maker. It was at the very end of the one year date. I called, filled out the email with the information and a week and half later I had a new one! The only reason I’m giving a lower rate on the keurig, is that it was gently used and should of lasted well beyond a year.
This Keurig makes a great cup of coffee. The best features include, a memory for multiple users for strength and temperature. Of course, the memory also includes the size of the brew.
We’ve had several different Keurig machines in the past, the machine just quit on morning on us, so we contacted Keurig. We explain the situation about our machine, and they were very easy to deal with as far as sending us a replacement machine along with the shipping to send the old machine back to them. The replacement came last week sometime and we’re back in action with good taste in coffee. Thanks Keurig.
I purchased the Stainless Steel K- Supreme .. unfortunately it quit. I called the company, explained the issue and was I pleasantly surprised. They shipped me a replacement so quick and man was that a life saver. It is the only coffeemaker we use. A perfect cup of coffee for us every time. I am extremely pleased with the service and the modern looking coffeemaker. Thank you!
I originally bought this in December of 2020, my first one lasted 6 months before it stopped dispensing the correct amount of water. Since then I have received 5 replacement machines all under warranty. If they weren’t under warranty I would definitely NOT buy another of this model. We bought this model because it takes up less space than our old one. Never had problems with my other models. My original is still being used by my husband in his office. Very disappointed in this one.
