thank you so very much for replacing my Keurig. you have no idea how grateful we are in honoring the replacement 1 month after warranty ended. we have only used Keurig since they came out. i have had small for camper, small for office, big for home. love the 5 prong. bought kids Keurig for gifts. they love also. i will always recommend if price is good and replacment honored in a timely manner after warranty. thank you
Keurig is great to honor the warranty but I’ve had 3 coffee makers. This model does not last long. I love the slim style but they need to redo the makings. It malfunctions and we can’t use it at all after about 3 months of use.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great coffee but can be cantankerous sometimes

We are long time Keurig users. Purchased this Aug 2022. Coffee is great but using our stored favorites or just telling it we want stronger or hotter coffee can sometimes take a while. Sometimes just one press of the button works. Other times you try this and that and it won't cooperate. Usually when that happens we just unplug and replug the unit to reboot it and then it usually does what we want. Also, the descale notification came on only a few weeks after first using it which we thought was too soon as we use always use filtered water.
We had this coffee maker for 1 year and 1 week when it died. Since the warranty was only a week out, Keurig honored it and sent us a replacement one fast. Because of that, I will continue to buy Keurig products.
The customer service representative that helped me with my warranty replacement was very helpful and pleasant to talk too. I received my replacement coffee maker in 2 days
