First one intermittently would not work. Just turned off. Needed to open/shut sometimes multiple times to get it to work. Now the new one (less than 1 month), the lights for the presets no longer light up. This one will be going back after the holidays.
Had my 1st one for 5 yrs. Happy. Next one went kaput after 4 months. Bought another. Wouldn't properly complete the descaling process. We'll see with this one.
This machine was a replacement from mine that broke after four months. I was quite pleased. Keurig company would be so kind as to replace it without any issues they sent me out a new one really quick so far it is working and we hope to report it will continue to work a long time. I gave it an average rating because it had to be replaced. It just stopped working after a steam storm. I’ve always enjoyed this brand of coffee makers, and I hope this souped up model will be just as good.
Best features: coffee strength and temp settings, range of cup sizes and. If water reservoir w handle. Also makes coffee fast, auto shutoff. Just be sure to descale every few months and follow instructions exactly!
I had problems with my K-Supreme Plus Coffee Maker after 11 months. I contacted customer service and they were able to send me a replacement within a few days. They were so kind and helpful. I love my Keurig and will continue to purchase Keurigs because of the great customer service.
