Love this coffee maker. Water is easy to refill. Has 3 custom coffee settings. I use the extra strong, extra hot and 10 oz. It also has 5 feeders into the K-Cup to efficiently utilize the coffee. Completely satisfied!!
I have several Keurig’s, I have one in the kitchen and one in the master bathroom. I don’t have to get up and go to the kitchen to get my coffee in the morning. It is great.
Had a problem with my coffee machine. Spoke with customer service and they sent an immediate replacement. A pleasure to deal with a company that not only makes a great coffee machine but provides outstanding customer care!!!
We have had a Keurig at our home in Massachusetts for over ten years; it performs just as wonderfully as it did when we first bought it. Therefore, we bought a Keurig for our winter home in Florida and love the many new features.
We love our K-Supreme Plus. We really enjoy drinking fresh coffee, brewed the way that we like it. After a few months, the controls on or machine malfunctioned periodically, though. Finally, after a couple more months, the controls would not let us brew any more. I received a huge surprise when I called Keurig. After one choice on an automated line, I spoke with a real person about my problem. She helped me trouble shoot my issue and determined my machine had malfunctioned and would be replaced free. I emailed three pictures, as instructed. Within three hours, an email arrived telling me that my new unit would ship tomorrow. Even during the Christmas rush, the replacement showed up within two days. Great coffee again from a great machine--from a phenomenal company. What a great experience!!
My first one had a few problems. The coffee was watery and it splashed every where. I made a few phone calls and they sent me a replacement Wow what a difference. Coffee taste wonderful it’s a steady stream no splashing and the coffee is hot and strong. I understand sometimes things go wrong. Thank you for sending me a replacement. I’m now pleased.
I love everything about this coffee maker. Style, sleekness and the features. Thankfully the Keurig customer service has been nothing short of great. This is my third Keurig supreme plus, as I’ve had issues with the first one after I descaled, and the descale button light would not go off after everything we did so they sent me a replacement, which was great. Everything was working until I recently it wasn’t giving the right amount of ounces per the selection, for instance, select 12oz, and I was barely getting 4oz.. I thought maybe I had forgotten to press the correct Oz button properly as its morning sleepy eyes I started to measure it and noticed they were significantly not matching up or not even entirely doing a cycle . Called Keurig. They walked me through troubleshooting steps to no avail and now I am on my third. Let’s hope three times is a charm as I really love everything about this maker and I simply use it for a single Brewing with the Keurig, adapter filter, and my own coffee grinds ,instead of brewing a full pot. I’d like to give it a 5, but being on my 3rd it’s a 4. Customer service us a 5! Thank you Keurig for all your assistance.
