This is the second replacement of this model that we have had. The same problem both times. The descaling process ruined both coffee makers. Neither would come on again after descaling. We won’t have another one if this one goes out.
We've had several K-Supreme Plus coffee makers. The option choices are really great. I'd like to add the Keurig has been good to work with regarding their warranty.

I bought this just under a year ago and it suddenly stopped working. One easy call to Keurig got the replacement process started. Unfortunately, that process grew frustrating when it required multiple emails to submit the required paperwork. I kept getting back generic form letters that did not specify exactly what was wrong with my documentation. I finally got a personal email that clarified that one of the pictures was difficult to read and needed to be retaken. A couple days after resolving that, the replacement arrived, fully covered under the warranty. I really like this brewer and only took off a star based upon the customer service hassle. I ended up on an involuntary break from coffee for a week.
We bought a Keurig for our second home. We only used it for 4 months, left for the summer, and on our return this winter it no longer worked. Even though it was 11 months old, and we did not have access to our receipt, Keurig offered a simple few steps to follow and had a brand new unit at our doorstep in a couple of days. No hassle customer service like this is uncommon today. Thank you Keurig!!
