I’m cautiously crossing my fingers that after returning this particular model Keurig for the second time, that it will last more than the 5 months of the first two. The return process was a little difficult and confusing. So far so good! When it is working I really like it!!

I got a coffee maker for Christmas in 2021 and just weeks before Christmas this year it quit working…burning smell and then it would not turn on. I did not think I would get replacement because I was not in possession of the receipt, but called Customer Service any way. I was pleasantly surprised that after checking the serial number, I was offered a replacement. The new coffeemaker came in less than a week. Great CS. My only complaint is that I tried to register my new pot and website keeps freezing up so have been unable to get it done.

Great coffee; even better customer service

My 8 month old machine fried itself during a descale process. Frantic that my coffee would not be available I called customer service, explained what had happened and they immediately sent a perfect replacement to me; hassle free. It was still under warranty but they were gracious when other companies are not.
