This is a much improved machine from earlier models. The water heats almost immediately it has temperature and strength controls and the multiple ports for saturating the grounds is much more effective. Plus it looks far more sleek and modern than before. Cleaning is still somewhat of a pain.

I bought a new Keurig earlier this year and unfortunately it stopped working. I called Customer Service and they were fantastic! They quickly replaced my broken machine (I received the new Keurig in 3 days!) and all I had to do was send a copy of my receipt and the serial number. They were absolutely wonderful!

This is the second of this model I have had in 5 months. Both machines look great and have a nice streamline look to them and plenty of brew sizes. The major down side is this does not make a strong cup of coffee, even on the strongest setting. I've tried different types of k-cups and different brands and the coffee is so watered down and flavorless. I would not recommend this machine if you enjoy strong coffee.
