When our original unit had an issue Keurig customer support was so helpful and sent us a new replacement within a week. We will always be a Keruig family!
There is a reason why I only buy Keurig products. Not only are they the best but they have the best customer service team. Anytime I’ve had a problem they have worked hard to rectify it and if they could not I had a replacement within days. There are not many big name companies out there that back their product up like Keurig.
I’m cautiously crossing my fingers that after returning this particular model Keurig for the second time, that it will last more than the 5 months of the first two. The return process was a little difficult and confusing. So far so good! When it is working I really like it!!
I got a coffee maker for Christmas in 2021 and just weeks before Christmas this year it quit working…burning smell and then it would not turn on. I did not think I would get replacement because I was not in possession of the receipt, but called Customer Service any way. I was pleasantly surprised that after checking the serial number, I was offered a replacement. The new coffeemaker came in less than a week. Great CS. My only complaint is that I tried to register my new pot and website keeps freezing up so have been unable to get it done.
My original keurig supreme plus broke and it was slightly out of warranty. Keurig went above and beyond to sent me a free replacement. Great service! Very happy with their products.
I love the convenience and the way the machine operates. Unfortunately, it hardly lasts beyond warranty time.
