I really like this K-Supreme Plus coffee maker. The water is hotter resulting in a better tasting cup of coffee. It seems to need descaling pretty often, but that's ok. However this latest replacement was after 1 year of use. And that was the longest life I have seen out of the 4 we have purchased. Meanwhile my old Mr. Coffee machine is still working. If Keurig had not given us this replacement, we were going to try Cuisanart and see if maybe they were more reliable. Keurig really needs to work on quality if they are going to keep their customers.

I received a K-Supreme Plus single serve coffee maker for Christmas in 2020 and it stopped working. I called Keurig and they made an exception and sent me a brand new coffee maker. I hope that this one lasts a little longer, I love it!!

While I appreciate Keurig providing a replacement unit slightly beyond the warranty date, I am concerned.
The failed unit was the second one we have had die within 13-14 months of initial use. We make 4 servings each day for the two of us, i.e. two apiece. We enjoy the ease of doing so very much, as it is easier and more convenient than brewing a pot every day. But really? A piece of equipment that won't last much more than a year, when I changed filters and desalinated on schedule? My recommendation is a cautious Maybe, but there is no block for that.
