I love that I don't have to program the coffee maker to come on so the water will be hot. It takes seconds to heat up. I also love that I can have three settings for strength and heat
I've had it a little over 2 weeks this is actually the third K-Cup Brewer I've owned and this by far is the best coffee brews faster and hotter couldn't ask for much more would definitely recommend to buy was a good deal for the price

Bought this 2 weeks ago, first machine was defective and Keurig replaced it. 2nd machine brews coffee okay but there is problems brewing tea & cocoa. Machine clogs, stops and restarting makes cup overflow. May be sending this one back and get the tried & true Elite brewer.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I purchased our K Supreme as a replacement for our well worn home unit. The new K Supreme is a huge leap forward in design and performance. I couldn't be more pleased
One morning about a month ago, I was thinking how much I love my coffee in the morning especially not rushing my coffee during Covid. I decided to try the newest machine K-Supreme Plus, and it was the best decision I ever made!! I love that it heats up hotter, has a memory, turns on and off automatically, heats up the 2nd and 3rd cups for guests without a moment of waiting. Love it!

Where is the serial number located on this brewer?
This is our forth or fifth Keurig brewer and by far our favorite! Love the fact that you can personalize every cup by quantity, strength and temperature. The water reservoir is easy to hold and fill an holds more water. You don’t have to wait for brewer to heat up to put your capsule in and start- it will start the brewing cycle when it’s ready!
I would recommend this to a friend!

Quit working in less than a year

I bought this coffee maker 7 to 8 months ago. After 4 months the descale light came on. Cleaned the coffee maker with keurig brand cleaner 3 times and the light stays. (long process for cleaning and rinse.) Gave up on descaling and lived with the light on. Today went to use the coffee pot inserted coffee pressed brew and the light went out, no buttons work, no brew process. Disappointed second keurig that quit in a year or less.
