My first Keurig stopped working after a descale treatment. Support was great to work with troubleshoot and discover the problem, which was not recoverable.
A new unit under warranty was sent.and received earluer than expected.
Worked out of the box first time and has been making great coffee every day.
This is a much improved machine from earlier models. The water heats almost immediately it has temperature and strength controls and the multiple ports for saturating the grounds is much more effective. Plus it looks far more sleek and modern than before. Cleaning is still somewhat of a pain.
I bought a new Keurig earlier this year and unfortunately it stopped working. I called Customer Service and they were fantastic! They quickly replaced my broken machine (I received the new Keurig in 3 days!) and all I had to do was send a copy of my receipt and the serial number. They were absolutely wonderful!
