This is a warranty replacement. The first one did not last a full year, but I contacted Keurig customer service and they sent me out a replacement within the week. Great customer service. I’m hoping there’s no one last longer than the last one.

Bad Smell

I've had mine for over a year and love it HOWEVER it just started smelling of burning plastic. I have tried everything from changing the charcoal filter, descaling, cleaning all components in vinegar, etc.
I got a replacement for my K-Supreme Plus, and this one is working great so far. I'm keeping my fingers crossed for long-term workability. I love this model though; many features and makes great coffee.
I really like this K-Supreme Plus coffee maker. The water is hotter resulting in a better tasting cup of coffee. It seems to need descaling pretty often, but that's ok. However this latest replacement was after 1 year of use. And that was the longest life I have seen out of the 4 we have purchased. Meanwhile my old Mr. Coffee machine is still working. If Keurig had not given us this replacement, we were going to try Cuisanart and see if maybe they were more reliable. Keurig really needs to work on quality if they are going to keep their customers.
