I bought this Keurig and it did not last but about a year. I I I I followed all of the instructions from the booklet especially the cleaning instructions. Keurig did replace with a new one. I have bought 4 Keurig’s in the past and neither any of them had lengthy service.
We bought our keurig less than a year ago and started having issues. Keurig gave us a free replacement because that's the company they are. Not only do they stand behind their product, they protect their customers purchase. Other companies should adopt Keurigs dedication.
This was a warranty replacement the warranty expired a month or so prior but they still honored it due to the fact I was having problems from the start this new one is already working better than the original one did at the beginning thank you.
Bought my kurig in june and it failed in November. I called the warranty number and they were some of the nicest people I've dealt with in years. It was replaced in a week. Thank you for great service.
Really like the product, however, there was an issue with it not working after descaling. The warranty process to replace it was extremely easy and fast. So far really satisfied!
