I had purchased this 11 month ago...Then one morning while cleaning it...it wouldn't come on!! Called Kurig! And after submitting few photos,I received a replacement!! Free... Love my k-supreme,especially the 5 holes!! Customer service was Amazing!!!
My Keurig stopped working one morning and I was dreading adding something else to my to do list! I decided I better not wait call and get the ball rolling. It only took a few minutes on the phone to trouble shoot and the instructions were simple. It took less than a week and I received my new Keurig. Customer service was AMAZING!!! Thank you.
This coffee maker was bought less than a year, and it can not be turned on (no power). I called to search for help to fix it. But I was told it is under warranty, and can be replaced for free, even I do not have the receipt. So I got my replacement in a few days. Very pleased.
I bought a Keurig in 2021 and it stopped working in 2022; I contacted Keurig and they graciously sent me a brand new one so I’m happy once again. Thank you for bringing a smile to my face once again!
