I purchased a Keurig Supreme Plus only used for a few days when it started working improperly. I contacted Keurig immediately. Once I provided proof of purchase, they sent me a new replacement. I wish other companies were so helpful and easy to work with!
Previous K-Supreme Plus Single Serve Coffee Maker would not perform selected operation. Would not dispense desire cup size. Would not complete desire brewing. Replacement machine starting performing same as previous defective machine. Based on K-Supreme Plus Single Serve Coffee Maker, dependability and reliability is highly questionable.
I bought a Keurig coffee maker just a little over a year ago. I liked it so much I bought two . Unfortunately, one stopped working one morning. I found the company and explain the situation and even though it was a month over warranty, they were very good in replacing the machine. I would definitely deal with this company again.
